Ugur has over 12 years of investment management experience and founder partner of Elements Capital Partners, which manages private equity investments in distressed opportunities. He led asset management company start-ups in multiple countries in South Eastern Europe. He is a member of several advisory boards of regional business councils including founding member of the Slovenian chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Ugur received his BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and completed his MBA coursework at Ljubljana University. He has completed the Executive Education Program in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School. Ugur is Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Alpen Invest and Chairman of the supervisory board in Neta Capital Croatia.
